Q1. I am a local customer. Can I place an order online and come pick
up the product in person?
A Yes. Select the Hold for In-Store Pickup
shipping option during checkout.
Q2. What are your opening hours?
A Our warehouse is open for the public to browse according
to the schedule posted here.
Q3. How do I update my account profile (change shipping address, email address, etc)?
A Click here to update your account profile.
Q4. How do I check the price and stock status?
A To check the price and stock status, follow these steps:
- Logon to your C&L Account to ensure your personal member price is displayed.
- enter the title or UPC information and perform search.
- on the results page, your member price is shown on the right hand side and the stock status is
indicated by the colour bar to the left of the title listing.
Click on the colour bar to bring up a legend explaining the colours.
Q5. I do not own a credit card. How can I order online?
A
We accept payment by Interac e-Transfer, by direct deposit to our bank account, or by Money Order.
Please email accounting@theCNL.com for details.
We will apply the payment to your C&L account after which you may place your order online.
Q6. I work all day and I'm not at home to sign for my shipment. On the initial
shipment, however, you will only ship to my credit card billing address. What do I have to do?
A For security reasons,
we can only ship to an address that matches your credit card profile.
Please advise your credit card company to add an
"alternate shipping address" to your profile. Your order will be processed once we
confirm your "alternate shipping address" with the credit card company.
Q7. Can I ship to a different address for subsequent orders?
A Yes, you may change your shipping address to
a different address after the initial shipment is successfully delivered.
Q8. Can you ship to a 3rd party address such as my relatives or friends?
A We can ship to a 3rd party address provided that
we receive payment in advance by Interac Email Transfer, by Direct Deposit, or by Money Order.

Q9. If I pre-order a DVD, would you notify me when it is available
so that I may place additional orders to group and save on shipping?
A You may check the "notify when available" box underneath
the title listing. An email is automatically sent when the checked item is in stock.
Q10. Your shipping charge is too high. Why does it cost about $10
to ship 1 DVD?
A Our shipping charge is based on express courier service rates.
(Trackable 1-2 days service). You can save by grouping up to 4 DVDs for the same shipping cost as a single DVD.
Note that our definition of a single DVD includes multi-disc box sets. Here are some tips on shipping.
Q11. How do I change my credit card information online?
A You may enter your new credit card information during checkout
prior to confirming your order online. Simply select the Pay with Credit-card option and the system
will prompt you for your new credit card information.
