Community - Community carries with it many meanings in the world of craft, including the social traditions passed from generation to generation and a community of people, bound together on a project, helping one another.

Origins - The American craft tradition didn't just appear, fully-formed and mature. Where have our craft practices come from? How are they passed down?

Process - In today's fast-track, high-tech world, what inspires a person to choose a career in craft? How do they acquire the knowledge and skills to learn a craft?

Messages - Many craft artists go beyond skill to personal and political expression. They use their craft to tell a story, prove a point, experiment, or bring attention to contemporary issues.
