- If you are not already a C&L Member, sign up here
- Join our Facebook fan club
- Fill out the Facebook Anime Calendar Promo form with
- your Facebook User Name (exactly as it appears on your Facebook account)
- your choice of Calendar
- your shipping/pickup preference
This form must be completed in advance to reserve your complimentary calendar.
Notes:
- You will receive an email confirmation when your complimentary Anime Calendar is ready for shipping/pickup.
- shipping/pickup options are as follows:
- send to your current shipping address (our regular shipping charges will apply. We'll contact you for payment info).
- pickup at our warehouse during our Wednesday Night 7% off Sales (8 pm - 10 pm every Wednesday night in July and August).
